Patient Updates
Every day new patients arrive at our facility. In an effort to tell their story of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we highlight a new patient each week. Some of these are individuals, others are orphaned siblings. As their cases progress - we will update the outcome - our hope is that many, many of these patients are released!

Clark's Grebe
This grebe was found stranded in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Marysville. It likely was confused during the heavy rainstorms today and mistook the wet pavement for water.
He was very happy to get in our tub and eat some mealworms. There does not appear to be any significant injury or health concerns. We hope for a quick turn around and release for this patient. Status - released.
