This Barred owl was found on the ground unable to fly. She had plastic debris wrapped around her wing, leaving her unable to fly. She is thin, but only seems to be suffering from tissue trauma. We often see patients that are impacted from debris and this is completely avoidable. Give a Hoot and Don’t Pollute!While the original slogan was regarding pollution, we think she would like it to include trash debris. Status: released
