Our baby bird room is full of orphaned or injured fledglings. We have our staff, volunteers, and interns feeding these patients for 12 hours during the day. Some birds are eating every 15 minutes, others every hour and others are beginning to self-feed. Once they graduate from the nursery, they are moved to outside flight cages to condition them for release.
