Patient Updates
Every day new patients arrive at our facility. In an effort to tell their story of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we highlight a new patient each week. Some of these are individuals, others are orphaned siblings. As their cases progress - we will update the outcome - our hope is that many, many of these patients are released!

Baby Bats
We received two baby bats this week. One was a Big Brown, injured in a cat attack. Note the puncture to her wing. The other bat was a Little Brown - an orphaned baby and so tiny! We transferred them both to Happy Valley Bats for continued care. We work with area bat rehabilitators who have the facilities to care for these unique species long term. Status: transferred.
