Patient Profiles
Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. House Finch
This little House Finch was found on the ground and brought to us. We are treating her for conjunctivitis. She is one of two finches in our care with this issue. Keeping bird feeders clean can reduce or prevent the spread of conjunctivitis. Status: released.
