Every day new patients arrive at our facility. In an effort to tell their story of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we highlight a new patient each week. Some of these are individuals, others are orphaned siblings. As their cases progress - we will update the outcome - our hope is that many, many of these patients are released!

Great Horned Owlets
This family was reunited over the weekend. Huge thanks to Shaun from Canopy Cat Rescue for climbing up to re-nest these two. We got a call about an owlet on the ground and had the homeowner bring him in to us to assess and so we could make arrangements for re-nesting. We got another call that evening and the homeowner had found another baby on the ground. Shaun met us at the location on Saturday morning and they were reunited. You can view videos of the climb and nesting on our YouTube channel. Status: Re-nested!
